Leodan Leonel Leon brings a hospitality-trained standard of care to South Florida real estate, representing buyers, sellers, and developers with the discretion and attentiveness he first practiced in some of the world's most demanding guest environments.
His path began with a degree in Tourism and Management from Anáhuac University in Mexico, followed by advanced studies at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, training that shaped an early, exacting sense of service. He carried that foundation into ultra-luxury hospitality, first at Rosewood Mayakoba in the Riviera Maya, then in Dubai, where he served an international clientele at One&Only Private Residences and Bvlgari Resort and Residences Dubai. Working closely with guests accustomed to exceptional attention taught him the habits that still guide his practice: listen carefully, anticipate what matters, and follow through before being asked.
After relocating to South Florida, Leodan built experience in probate and guardianship transactions, work that sharpened his ability to navigate sensitive legal circumstances and high-stakes negotiations with composure. That foundation led him fully into luxury real estate, where he is now part of The Oscar Arellano Team at Coldwell Banker Realty, recognized as an International Society of Excellence Team.
Leodan approaches every engagement, a private sale, a search for the right property, or a developer's acquisition strategy, with the same discipline: informed judgment, discretion, and preparation ahead of the moment it's needed. He is also the author of a forthcoming book, “The 50+1 Things to Know Before Going FSBO”, written to help owners understand what serious representation involves before deciding to sell on their own.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Leodan works with local families, relocating professionals, and global investors alike, bringing a personal, considered standard of representation from the first conversation through the arrangements that follow a closing.
