With a degree in Tourism and Management from Anáhuac University in Mexico and advanced studies at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Leodan Leonel León developed a global perspective on service, excellence, and operations. His career began in the ultra-luxury hospitality industry, where he perfected his attention to detail and client-first philosophy at Rosewood Mayakoba in Riviera Maya, one of Mexico’s most acclaimed resorts.

His journey then took him to Dubai, where he served some of the world’s most discerning clientele at One&Only Private Residences and Bvlgari Resort & Residences Dubai. It was in these exclusive settings, working with high-net-worth individuals and international investors, that he discovered his passion for real estate. Exposure to branded residences, cross-border investments, and lifestyle-driven developments made the transition into the property world a natural evolution.

After relocating to South Florida, Leodan gained specialized experience in probate and guardianship transactions, refining his ability to navigate complex legal processes and high-stakes negotiations. Building on that foundation, he transitioned fully into luxury real estate and is now proudly part of The Oscar Arellano Team, one of the most respected real estate groups in South Florida.
Passionate about helping people and giving back to the community, he authored a forthcoming book, “The 50 + 1 Things To Know Before Going FSBO,” designed to empower homeowners with valuable insights while highlighting the importance of professional representation.
